I recently purchased a gift for my sons first birthday, which arrived and I loved it. He loved it too when he opened it on his birthday. Unfortunately there was a fault with the product so I emailed into Scandiborn. I had a reply within a few hours which was great, and having sent in photos with the issue Rebecca kindly sorted out a replacement for me which I will look forward to receiving next week. I’m extremely happy with the customer service that I’ve received from Scandiborn, I’d definitely recommend them & I’ll be using them again.

Terrible customer service. Ordered two items for a birthday present and paid for express shipping (next working day). I still haven’t received my items a week later despite following up with customer service twice. Birthday was today so the gifts won’t be any use now and will have to return.

I received the most lovely jacket for my daughter. I had paid for next day shipping, when it didn't arrive the next day I emailed customer service. I was immediately refunded the amount of the shipping, and the jacket arrived the next day. Really great customer service. I will definitely shop here again!

I ordered a scooter for my sons birthday but chose the wrong colour. Customer service was extremely helpful in getting the item returned and sent the replacement out so quickly so he would have it in time for his birthday.

The team at Scandiborn were incredibly helpful and responsive in getting an order shipped over ahead of the holidays. They exceeded all expectation and the quality of their service is matched by the quality of their products.

Top customer service, a great example for some other retailers about how to work with customers. Fantastic shopping experience! Packaged well too.

I cannot praise their customer service enough! I ordered a wooden toy car for my daughter (new, in the manufacturer’s box), but one of the wheels didn’t turn when we pulled it out and tried it. I emailed Scandiborn before going to bed and woke up to a reply asking for video of the wheel. Within an hour, I was given the option for a refund or store+shipping credit. The item would have to travel a ways to be returned, which is a silly carbon footprint for such a small toy, so I really appreciated that the company didn’t insist the item be shipped back. Now we can recycle the toy locally without a plane ride back to Scandiborn and replace the car for my daughter with the store credit we were given. We will definitely be ordering from Scandiborn again.

I have used scandiborn for many beautiful items and always had the best service. I was unfortunate to have a faulty item which never usually happens and I was very thankful to receive such exceptional customer service from a lovely person called Ben. My matter was quickly resolved and I will continue to shop with this fantastic company!

Great customer service!! I accidentally placed an order for something I realized wouldn’t worked. I’m so used to dealing with other companies I assumed it would be a hassle, but they were so friendly and quick to help me out. I will definitely be frequenting this website!! Thanks guys!


Stumbled across this site purely by accident whilst trying to find the perfect gift for my friend who has just had her first child, and I’m so glad I did. The products look beautiful, I can’t wait to see them IRL. Contacted Scandiborn after ordering to ask for a personal message to be included in my order and the invoice removed - it’s being shipped direct to the recipient. I got an immediate reply and Rebecca (Scandiborn) was more than happy to include the note, and confirmed that no invoices are included to be as environmentally friendly as possible ??. Can’t fault the service, and perfectly polite too! Definitely recommend and will for sure be ordering from here again. Oh and the added bonus of a 10% discount ☺️

We received the item promptly at a competitive price. Shortly thereafter, our ordered item was malfunctioning. We reached out to scandiborn. They were responsive and immediately replaced the malfunctioning item.
